Why aren't events being added to students' Google calendars? Why aren't my students getting added as event attendees?

If events are not syncing for any students, but you have turned off SchoolCal pilot mode and events are syncing for faculty, this is likely because portal schedules are not enabled for the grade level in Veracross. You can view and update the "Enable Portal Schedules" field in the Veracross Grade Levels query or read more about enabling and disabling student schedules in Veracross' documentation.



If portal schedules are enabled in Veracross, check your attendee-level filters to ensure that the students aren't being filtered out based on grade level.
