Troubleshooting a sync

One of my teachers or students got tons of emails

If one of your teachers received email invitations instead of the silent calendar event additions, it is likely they have their security settings to ask for an email invitation. For the individual user, go to google calendar > click the three horizontal dots next to the calendar, settings and sharing > click "General" at the top > Event Settings > Add Invitations to My Calendar should be either "Only if the sender is known" or "From Everyone"


One of my teachers or students don’t have events showing up

This is a privacy setting set by the individual user. For the individual user, go to google calendar > click the three horizontal dots next to the calendar, settings and sharing > click "General" at the top >
