If you have turned off SchoolCal pilot mode and events have begun syncing, yet a specific individual cannot see their SchoolCal-created events, the first thing to check is whether you can see their SchoolCal-created events when you view their calendar in Google.
If you can see SchoolCal-created events on their calendar, then the issue is likely because their event setting for adding invitations to their calendar is set to "When I respond to the invitation in email". Because SchoolCal-created events are automatically accepted and no email is sent, the event will never show up on the individual's calendar. The individual will need to follow these "Manage your incoming invitations and notifications" instructions to change that setting to either of the other two options. Once the individual has made the change, the events will have to be deleted and added again to appear on their calendar. Contact support for information about how to do this.
If you also cannot see SchoolCal-created events on their calendar, check that the individual's Email 1 in Veracross is set to their primary Google account within your domain and not an alias. Also check your attendee-level filters to ensure that the individual isn't being filtered out based on grade level or role.
