The SchoolCal Add-In makes it possible for users to quickly batch update events - based on “event title” and date range - so they can remove reminder notifications from selected events or update event colors, making it easy to distinguish between school events, personal commitments, and other activities.
To install the SchoolCal Add-In app for your domain, log in to your admin panel and navigate to the Marketplace Apps area. Search for SchoolCal Add-In and click the "Install" button:
We recommend installing the app for you entire domain - people can opt to use it or not, as they wish. Someone who has domain admin privileges will need to navigate to your calendar (in Chrome) and click on the SchoolCal Add-In app on your right toolbar and give permissions for the domain to use.
Upon first use, users will first need to authorize access to their calendars:

You can set the color as well as delete the default reminder notifications. | |
Click Update Events and Confirm your changes. |
For example, if I wanted to change my History Classes to Yellow and delete the reminders, I would set it as follows:
If you don't like the change you can either "Undo Latest Update" or simply pick History again and pick a different color.
